Dr. Sivi Jones has maintained his general dentistry practice in Irvington, New Jersey, for nearly 20 years, providing his patients with high-quality, gentle, affordable dental services.

Dr. Jones was born in Monrovia, Liberia. After attending the University of Liberia, he came to the United States to pursue an education in Dentistry at the Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, D.C.. He graduated from Howard University in 1987 with a D.D.S. degree.

In order to remain fully able to deliver state-of-the-art dentistry to his patients, Dr. Jones has continued significant additional dental studies since the completion of his degree, including lengthy courses in Orthodontics and Implant Dentistry.

Dr. Jones is a member of the Commonwealth Dental Society of New Jersey.

Giving back

Each summer, Dr. Jones travels to the Caribbean with the Caribbean Medical Mission, a non-profit organization of doctors and dentists who volunteer their time to treat the underprivileged people of the Caribbean and at home in New Jersey. Each member finances his/her own way on our mission trips. Dr. Jones has visited and treated needy patients in Guyana, Jamaica, Nigeria, St. Vincent/Grenadines and at local health fairs in Essex County

Dr. Jones enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Jacqueline Gaymes, and his two daughters, Nicole and Racquel. When he is not treating patients, Dr. Jones enjoys bike-riding, reading and travel.

Dr. Jaqueline Gaymes joined Dr. Jones in his Irvington practice in 1993, after graduating from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey .

Dr. Gaymes was born in St. Vincent, West Indies. In addition to her thriving New Jersey dental practiced, she serves on the Board of Trustees of the Caribbean Medical Mission, a non-profit organization of health-care volunteers who give time to treat the underprivileged people of the Caribbean and New Jersey. The Caribbean Medical Mission has distributed millions of dollars in medication, medical equipments, beds, eye glasses, computers, books and clothing to the people of the Caribbean, and its members, including Dr. Gaymes, have visited and treated patients in Guyana, Jamaica, Nigeria, St. Vincent/Grenadines and local health fairs in Essex County. The Mission has also made generous contributions to communities devastated by hurricanes and floods.

Dr. Gaymes enjoys travel, jogging, and spending time with her husband and daughters, Nicole and Racquel.
